Jessica L. Boffa is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.  She is a graduate of Fordham Law School and University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce. Jessica specializes in corporate law, business transactions, commercial real estate, and copyright enforcement. 

After spending several years working in finance for a major bank, Jessica combines her business background with her legal expertise to provide strategic advice and achieve desirable outcomes for her clients. Jessica believes that combining business and law helps the practice of law become the business of law.

When not practicing law, Jessica spends her time as the Chair of the Volunteer Program for the PTA at her children’s school, coaching soccer, and hanging with the family goldendoodle, Winston.
