Mr. Loalbo focuses his practice on probate litigation, trust and estate planning and administration and federal and state tax controversies.  His probate litigation experience, a growing area of practice, combines his almost 40 years of experience as a litigator with his extensive knowledge of trusts and estates and related tax consequences. He draws on his familiarity with the unique rules, procedures and substantive law involved with probate litigation, along with his comprehensive tax knowledge, to achieve his clients' objectives, whether those objectives be in probate litigation or in trusts and estate planning and administration.

Practicing on a national basis, Mr. Loalbo brings a distinct skill set to the Firm. In addition to his experience with litigation and trust and estate planning, he holds an LL.M in Taxation. In the courtroom, this multi-faceted background enables him to spot the substantive and procedural deficiencies in an adversary's case and use it to his client's advantage. By recognizing the precise questions to ask and the correct answers those questions should elicit, he can create a basis on which to discredit an expert's testimony or even disqualify that expert from testifying in the first place.

Mr. Loalbo's combined skill set also proves invaluable when counseling clients on sophisticated trusts and estate issues, including related tax ramifications and controversies.
