EUGENE R. BOFFA Jr.

Eugene R. Boffa, Jr. (Gene) has been practicing law since 1970 and is admitted in New Jersey and New York. With his many years of  experience managing large companies, the firm relies on Gene's expertise in acquisitions and mergers. He also specializes in complex real estate matters and is a qualified intermediary for 1031 tax exchanges. 

 

Gene has been recognized by several publications as one of the top real estate attorneys in New Jersey and was elected as a Fellow by the New Jersey State Chairman of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. He was also an Adjunct Professor at Saint Peter’s University, Graduate School of Business. 

 

Gene has written extensively on the practice of law and was the editor of the National Mortgage Law Summary (New Jersey.) Additionally, he is a published author of two top-rated novels The Deed and Deception.

Gene believes in offering clients personal attention and the kind of counsel they can trust. He welcomes the opportunity to meet new prospective clients, and offers free consultations to discuss their individual needs.

 

In his spare time, Gene's favorite activities include traveling and fishing with his grandchildren. Of all his accomplishments, Gene is most proud of his family.
