Eugene R. Boffa III (Gene) is the team leader in the law firm’s banking and real estate division. Gene is admitted to practice in New York and in the Federal and State courts of New Jersey. He has closed many complex transactions both as lender’s counsel as well as for developers and other borrowers. His stewardship of the residential practice has earned him and his team members great praise from fellow real estate attorneys as well as from the real estate broker community. Prior to joining the firm, Gene received his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and spent three years as an assistant prosecutor in the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office.

Outside the firm, Gene serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Hudson County. He is the father of three children and they are all Yankees, Giants, and Devils fans. Gene enjoys going to ball games and traveling with his wife and children.
