Jessicia L. Boffa (Jess) is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. She is a
graduate of Fordham Law School. She specializes in corporate law, business
transactions, and copyright enforcement. She has a business back round, as she spent
several years working in international fiancé for a major bank. She helps clients achieve
the best price when selling their companies and of course the best price when buying.
Using the tax code to clients’ advantage she saves them money. She is the mother of
two young children and is involved with their schooling as she is class mother and
heads the volunteer program for the school.
Jess states, “Combing business and law helps the practice of law become the business
