SETH A. ABRAMS  

Seth is an experienced civil litigator who routinely represents business of all sizes in complex commercial matters in New York and New Jersey state and federal courts and in arbitration. He has significant experience litigating contract disputes, as well as those involving shareholder and partnerships, insurance coverage, trade secrets, and unfair competition and business practices matters. In addition, Seth routinely handles complex probate matters in New Jersey and New York. He has also represented individuals and business in consumer fraud and
whistle blower matters.

Seth is active in various professional and civic associations. He served as the Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Internet and Computer Law Committee for two terms and is currently a member of the District VI Ethics Committee. Seth also sat on the board of a national
anti-hate organization and currently serves on the board of the Fund for a Better Waterfront, a non-profit dedicated to preserving the Hoboken, New Jersey waterfront. Additionally, he is a member of the Lead-Free New Jersey Advocacy Committee and the founder of Lead-Free Hoboken,
which seeks to raise awareness of the presence of lead in drinking water.

 

Seth lives in Hoboken, New Jersey with his wife and two children. In his free time, you can find him marathon training, playing golf, or enjoying one of Hoboken’s many parks with his family.
