Entrepreneurship

A common frustration is that business people feel (or fear) that their lawyers do not understand their businesses, or the inherent risks or the dynamics generally associated with a client’s problems or a specific transactions, or the make-up, disposition, or the psyche of their business. Many of our attorneys have had substantial experience in the business world and have faced the same problems that our clients confront. Their experience and understanding leads to a quick and efficient resolution to the problem.
