Certain of our attorneys have had considerable experience with the Resolution Trust Corporation (“RTC”) in the workout area, including legal audits of and the carrying out the liquidation of failed financial institutions and liquidation of their assets. We have prosecuted and defended fidelity bond claims, worked-out and collected on defaulted loans.
