We give advice on the formation and governance of condominiums and cooperatives throughout the area and beyond. We give counsel to our clients on their day-to-day legal issues, including refinancing opportunities, construction, sales, rentals and other business issues, as well as litigation matters. The members of our Real Estate Practice Group have worked with sponsors to create or convert more than 200 residential condominium projects and most, if not all, of the area’s condominiums that have complex commercial components and ownership.
