Employment Litigation

We have advised both employers and employees in every level any type of disputes likely to be confronted, from discrimination claims, to sexual or other forms of harassment, wrongful termination, defamation and invasion of privacy, to corporate employment contract disputes over, non-compete, restrictive covenants, non-disclosure and confidentiality clauses and agreements. We can help an employer comply with state and federal civil and human rights laws, and face challenges that come when a violation is alleged to exist. We also answer questions involving compliance issues under federal, state and local wage-hour, employment laws, and employee notice requirements. We both prosecute and defend actions brought against individuals, corporations, institutions, not-for-profit organizations, and health care institutions that can involve claims of sexual harassment; and discrimination based on age, disability, pregnancy, race, or national origin.  We have experience litigating cases before all levels of state and federal courts and can appear before equal opportunity and human rights commissions.
